Tannith excels at regatta
Assumption Convent School pupil wins medals for rowing.
Tannith Johnson from Assumption Convent School participated in the Senior SA Champs 2017 Buffalo East London regatta, recently.
She represented VLC (Victoria Lake Canoe Club) juniors and came second, winning a silver medal in her scull for the u-15 women and gold in the VLC u-15 quad section.
Conditions were far from favourable with a 25 to 30km per hour head wind and an incoming tide.
