Luso dominates weekend fixtures

Luso Africa Football Club’s five teams won their games last Saturday.

Luso Africa Football Club’s first team took to the field against Boksburg Football Club last Saturday.

The ELFA Super League fixture was held at Hattingh Park.

Luso scored two goals in the first half, which spoke to their dominance throughout the match.

The local team extended their lead with four more goals in the second half.

Boksburg secured a late penalty just before the end of the match.

The penalty was more of a consolation goal as Luso walked away with a 6-1 victory.

Luso’s goalkeeper was rarely challenged and it was a comfortable afternoon for the local team.

Marco Cabeleira, Yannick Beyouma and Marco De Grace were Luso’s goal scorers with Cabeleira scoring a hat-trick.

  • Luso’s second team also faced Boksburg and won 5-1.

Nuno De Sousa. Michael Lume and Kehinde Akiode were the goal scorers.

  • Luso’s SAB division faced Benoni Sports Academy and won 4-0.
  • Luso’s u-10 team played against Robertsham Football club and won 5-2.
  • Luso’s u-11 team went head-to-head against Northerns Football Club and won 3-0.
