A distraught daughter, Cheryl Smith reported her father, Steven John Smith (54) missing at the Germiston Police Station, recently.
He was last seen at Bertha Gxowa Hospital where he had received treatment on December 7.
He stays in Brackendowns, in Alberton, but has not returned home and thus far there is no trace of him.
Steven is described as being about 1.65m tall and weighing about 52kg.
He has short black hair which is turning grey, blue eyes and a scar at the back of his head.
