Keep the CPF informed about crime in the area

In order to plan preventative measures to combat crime, residents need to report incidents to the CPF.

The Din-Al-View CPF is aware some community members don’t feel the need to report to the SAPS certain incidents and crimes, that have occurred.

“We understand the reasons for this, but implore the community of Germiston Sector Five – namely Castleview, Dinwiddie, Albemarle Extension One, Union and Norton Small Farms – to then report these incidents to the CPF,” said Teresa Robertson, the events coordinator for the Din-Al-View CPF.

“The CPF needs to know what’s happening in the area with regards to crime, as this enables us to plan preventative measures appropriately.

“Please keep this in mind.”

Incidents or crimes can be reported by calling 063 218 5815, or by emailing to chair@dinalview.co.za or patrol@dinalview.za.

The next Din-Al-View CPF public monthly meeting will take place at 6.30pm on January 25 at Dinwiddie High School.

All residents of the area are invited to attend.
