The enterprise started out with a gazebo and a Cadac braai in Benoni.
A year later Dirk and Edward branched out into a customised food trailer and just two years later they purchased their second trailer.
They recently took over the management of Vettie se Vetkoek and rebranded the shop to what is now Food Fighters.
The Food Fighters theme represents their passion for good old rock ’n‘ roll with vintage transportation and good food.
Food Fighters is located in Lambton on the corner of Second Street and Second Avenue.
Since the establishment started small, Food Fighters prides itself on quality products at reasonable prices.
Every meal is an opportunity to create something new and they are always trying to reinvent food with great taste and presentation.
Food Fighters offers a variety of platters with options for breakfast, lunch and supper.
