Trinity Sports triathlon to be held at Germiston Lake
Get ready for the next Trinity Sports triathlon and duathlon, at Germiston Lake.
Athletes young and old are encouraged to join the Trinity Sports’ second triathlon and duathlon race, on January 15.
The race will once again be held at Germiston Lake, from 8am and offers athletes – beginners to professionals of all ages – a chance to race.
The event is split into four age divisions, namely: young ones (eight to nine years old), children (10 to 11 years old), juniors (12 to 19 years old) and seniors (20 years and older) – and has both standard and sprint distances.
Competing athletes will move through the race’s swim, cycle and run routes, all centred around Germiston Lake.
Though online entries for the race closed on Sunday, January 8, interested parties can contact Trinity Sports at info@trinitysports.co.za.
The race will be used as a selection event for the 2017 CGT triathlon provincial team.
The following triathlon will take place in March.
