Donations streaming in for Cheer Fund

The SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund is growing daily.

Funds are streaming into the Germiston SPCA’s Christmas Cheer Fund.

The community has been opening up their hearts to the animals and donating to make a difference in their lives.

Currently the fund is sitting on R53 461.

The city’s animals are counting on you to help make their lives a bit easier this festive season.

During the festive season, the SPCA is inundated with animals, as many are abandoned or roam the streets as strays, and the society needs extra funds to help feed and care for them.

All the money raised will go towards the care of abused, abandoned and stray animals over this time.

So, do your bit this festive season and help change the life of an animal.

All donations will be acknowledged in the GCN on a weekly basis.

It is so easy to help.

All you need to do is make a donation, big or small, it doesn’t matter, as every cent helps.

When making your donation, please give your first name and surname, so that you can be thanked properly in the GCN.

Donations can be made at the Germiston SPCA’s kennels, in Junction Road, Driehoek, or paid straight into the Germiston SPCA’s bank account.

The banking details are as follows:

Bank: FNB – Eastgate

Branch code: 257 705
