• Electricity issues: 086 054 3000
• Potholes: 086 054 3000
• Refuse removal: 011 999-1267/8015
• Ekurhuleni Emergency Services: 0860 543 000.
• Life threatening emergencies: 10177, 011 458-0911, or dial 112 from your cellphone (all networks).

Residents should receive a reference number when reporting issues to the metro.

This reference number allows you to follow-up on the progress of your complaint.
