Doing it for the ratepayers

LamDel Residents Association members are determined to give their communities a facelift.

Ratepayers in some Germiston suburbs now have an association that aims to cater to their residential problems.

“The LamDel Residents Association was started in August and we cater for Lambton, Delville, Klippoortjie, Parkhill Gardens, Denlee, Webber, Hazelpark and Hazeldene residents with the aim of uplifting our community,” said the association’s vice chairman, Dale Erasmus.

“Residents from these suburbs are welcome to join the association.

“We want to assist residents from those suburbs who experience problems with the metro, security, infrastructure and other residential matters.”

The association has a number of events lined up, including, carols by candlelight planned for December.

“We want to be pro-active and ensure our communities become better and safer places to live,” explained Erasmus.

To join or for more information visit the association’s Facebook page, LamDel, or send an email to info@lamdel.org.za.
