Lysandra Mogapi (15) from Delville was reported as missing by her mother, Violet, on October 18.
It is alleged that she was last seen leaving her house on October 16 at 6pm.
She told no one where she was going and has not returned home.
At the time of her disappearance she was wearing brown All Star takkies, a white T-shirt and a black and white skirt.
The youngster is a Grade Nine pupil at Afrikaanse Hoërskool Germiston.
