Take note: Streets, Germiston Lake Park area to be closed

The metro wishes to inform Germiston Lake Park patrons and road users of the scheduled closure of the park and nearby streets from Wednesday, October 19, until Saturday, October 22, due to the upcoming OR Tambo SALGA Games.

The park is set to be closed to the public to make way for the preparations for the annual OR Tambo SALGA Games’ closing ceremony.

Nearby streets, which will be affected only from early Friday morning, include Lake Road and Rand Airport Road.

Motorists are urged to use alternative routes.

The municipality apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
