Come and support the Elsburg Eagles Rugby Club’s rugby festival.
After months of preparation, the Elsburg Eagles Rugby Club is ready for action.
The club, which caters for age groups u-6 to u-18 and practises from 6pm to 8pm on Monday and Wednesday, will be hosting a rugby festival.
The festival will be held on Saturday, July 16, at the club’s home grounds, located at the corner of Heidelberg Road and Egret Street in Elspark.
The day’s activities will kick off at 8am and go into the afternoon and the community is encouraged to come and support the young players as they take to the rugby field.
Participating clubs include: Springs Rugby Club, Benoni Grizzleys Rugby Club, Brakpan Rugby Club, Bobbies Rugby Club, Boksburg Uile Rugby Club, Suikerbosrand Rugby Club, Pirates Rugby Club and the Alberton Rugby Club.
The Elsburg Rugby Club’s senior side will take to the field at 4pm in their club match.
