Police investigate Rigel Street attempted murder and robbery

The Primrose police have opened a case of armed robbery and attempted murder after a man was shot in a Rigel Street robbery.

The Primrose police have confirmed that a case of attempted murder and armed robbery is being investigated after a Rigel Street robbery.

A 65-year-old man was shot and wounded in the robbery which took place on Monday, June 13.

Paramedics were called to the scene and the victim was transported to hospital.

No arrests have been made.

The police are appealing to the community to come forward with any information about the incident.
