Great weekend of comedy and music coming up

Carnival City has been selected once again to host the much anticipated Pride Weekend which combines hilarious stand-up comedy and awesome live music performances by proudly South African artists.

This year’s Pride Weekend takes place on March 11 and 12.

The first day of the Pride Weekend features a music concert characterised by infectious afro-soul and house tunes.

Artists on the bill for the music event include The Soil, Mafikizolo, Black Motion and K2.

The second day of the event is dedicated to comedy, with top comedians including Joey Rasdien, Trevor Gumbi, Salesman, Pule, Thapelo Tips, Dillan Oliphant, Mdu Ntuli, Tumi Stopnonsons, and host TallAssMo, all collaborating to have the audience rolling in the aisles.
