Spoil your loved one this Valentine’s Day

Spend a romantic evening at Carnival City this Valentine’s Day.

The scene will be set for romance at Carnival City during the month of love.

Couples can make a night of it by staying over in style at the luxury Carnival City Hotel throughout February, as Carnival City is offering a value-added Love Birds package which can be purchased at the hotel.

The package includes a night’s stay at the hotel with breakfast for two, a choice between two couples spa treatments at Precious Rubies Spa and a romantic five course dinner for two at Harvest Grill and Wine.

The five course dinner oozes romance from beginning to end and each dish has been carefully selected for its senses evoking flavors and aromas.

The meal commences with tantalizing fresh oysters served on ice with lemon, crushed black pepper and Tabasco sauce.

This is followed by herbed cream cheese and baby tomatoes, with caramelised onion and smoked chicken.

The starter is grilled sea bass with garlic and fruity olive oil, artichokes, celery, leek, fennel and calamata olives in a clam broth.

For mains there is a choice between grilled crayfish tail, crab and prawn ravioli with warm asparagus and French leek salad, and Dukka rubbed lamb rack with shiitake mushroom salad, carrot puree and herbed mash potato.

The delicious feast culminates with mixed berry panna cotta with almond praline, with black pepper marinated strawberry salsa.

Dinner includes welcome drinks for two, a bottle of sparkling wine for the table and dessert-paired shooters for two.
