The 105th BMW South African Open Championship was played at the Glendower Golf Club from January 7 to 10.
The championship, hosted by the metro, was won by 22-year-old South African golfer, Brandon Stone.
Some of the national and international golfers who took part in the championship stayed at the Dóreale Grande Hotel at Emperors Palace throughout the course of the tournament.

Scotland’s Jamie McLeary, one of the contingent of international golfers, played in the 105th BMW SA Open Championship. McLeary finished the tournament — the second oldest national open in the world — one-under par, after shooting rounds of 72, 73, 69 and 73.
