Special ceremony held for matrics
Matrics at St Catherine's rewarded for their hard work.
The matrics of 2015 at St Catherine’s School, their parents, staff and board members, recently celebrated the Valedictory Mass in the school chapel.
The mass was followed by the Matric Awards Ceremony, where numerous academic, sport and special awards were handed to the pupils.
“Congratulations to all recipients and their parents on these wonderful achievements.
“A very special thank you goes to the Grade One pupils for being part of the wonderful occasion.
“Their participation has become a tradition at the awards ceremony.
“Thanks also go to all the pupils who worked so hard ‘behind the scenes’ to assist with preparations for the event,” said Charmaine Burger, the marketing manager at St Catherine’s.
