Students and staff of Germiston High School were terrified when approximately 300 members of the Germiston branch of Cosas (Congress of South African Students) descended on the school, last Friday.

The metro carried out essential maintenance work at the Primrose Reservoir. In order to make way for the work, a planned water supply interruption affected Germiston and its surrounding areas on Saturday, from 8am until 4pm.
