Judge van der Schyff, handed down his judgement on the bail application of Jonathan Constable, a property hijacker kingpin in the City, and his two co-accused, Bongani Khathide and Kingsley Eze. The Presiding Officer rightly denied them bail and ensuring victory for the prospects of creating low cost affordable accommodation for the residents of Joburg.
