Fourways philanthropist Jaci Tibbit in partnership with Role Models Foundation hosted a Power Tower Food Drive at Design Quarter Shopping Centre to raise food donations for the needy.

She said this will help them reach out to more needy people in different communities. “This initiative started three years ago after we realised that many people had lost their jobs and source of income as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our aim was to lend a helping hand to those families.”

She said they were extremely humbled by the support received from members of the public and business community. “South Africa is full of caring people. The five tonnes of food collected will help us feed more needy families in different communities across the country. We would also want to extend our gratitude to Design Quarter for hosting us this year.”
