One of Montecasino’s latest restaurant additions, Fireroom is causing quite a stir thanks to their signature dishes, flaming sushi and flaming cocktails – which to be honest is just about the coolest (excuse the pun) thing you will have ever seen.
We love the sophisticated, private lounges that offer you the best of everything that’s good in life – cognac, cigars, whiskies and of course a dining experience second to none with the Fireroom’s executive chef bringing to life your very own “Fireroom Signature Dish”.
They have perfected the art of creating a spectacular talking piece at the table, besides the theatrics the incredible mind-blowing fusion of flavours that remains is incredible. The creativity and thought put in to every attention to detail on this menu is second to none and we had the best time here.
Even if sushi isn’t your thing, Fireroom have you sorted. Enjoy the finest quality beef cuts flamed at your table with the 850g Tomahawk steak making it their signature beef specialty! The dim sum is plentiful and the wine list extensive. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the menu was on I-Pads, giving you an idea of what the food looks like – as we all know, we tend to eat with our eyes, right?
