Botle’s Dance Fitness gives back to the needy

MIDRAND – Botle's Dance Fitness does good for those in need.

 

Botle’s Dance Fitness will host an outdoor charity event.

The event will start at 9am on 2 July at 181 Fast Forward, Lever Road, opposite Tshilis Car Wash. While entrance is free, attendees are encouraged to donate any non-perishable goods that will be donated to Yenzani Children’s Home.

Botle’s Dance Fitness is an energetic personal health and fitness organisation which aims to improve people’s health and fitness while enjoying the process.

Owned by fitness trainer, Botle Kayamba, the organisation provides assorted training programmes for women and children in an enjoyable environment while developing their fitness.

The organisation provides sports coaching, personal training, group training and client-focused health and fitness coaching.

The training is provided to groups and individuals. Group training is done in structured classes at selected venues to cater for the general public, or at organisations in their private gyms or venues they may select. The sessions provided to organisations can be tailored to suit the requirements of the organisation.

One-on-one sessions are provided to individuals who may require personal coaching.

Training is provided in the form of dance, boot camp, pilates and body conditioning. The intensity and length of the classes are tailored to client requirements, adding fun components to the activities while having the desired health training.
