Bringing out the child within

Bringing out your inner child was the order of the day at the exclusive fun-filled educational event which showcased Slava’s Snowshow and introduced guests to the foolishness of clowns at Montecasino’s Teatro on 14 June.

The dreamlike event tapped into the inner child’s dreams as it enthralled the audience and got them to stretch their imaginations and embark on a journey back in time to a surreal and carefree world, where their repressed inner child could resurface to convey heartfelt messages without words about the joys of winter.

“The critically acclaimed and multi-award winning Slava’s Snowshow is a beguiling worldwide sensation and winter wonderland that is set to thrill the country from 26 July to 14 August. We were thrilled to treat our guests to a dreamlike afternoon filled with exciting fun, and we hope that they will enjoy the opening night just as much, if not more,” Debbie Combrink, marketing manager of Montecasino said.

The clown-inspired festivities allowed guests to enjoy the simple joys of tossing balloons in the air and participating in pillow fights before looking upwards to the skies for a sneak preview of Slava’s Snowshow, which was projected onto a flat screen mounted across the Teatro ceiling.

Community members are advised to book now in order to be part of the theatrical showpiece that has spanned for more than 20 years and has played in more than 120 cities including New York, London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Rio de Janeiro.
