Join the crew, set your creativity free

JOHANNESBURG – You could have your creative dream come true.

After a successful campaign in Europe, Cointreau brings the Cointreau Creative Crew (CCC) campaign to South Africa.

It is an exclusive communication platform which empowers women to reveal and boost their creativity by encouraging them to #DreamDareCreate in order to accomplish their creative dreams.

This local crew of creatives, which comprises chic designers, acclaimed performers and photographers, has identified some creative and influential women to give them a platform to showcase their creativity.

Some of the identified women are vocalist and graphic designer, Manthe Ribane and internationally commissioned graphic designer, Karabo Moletsane.

“Currently, I’m working with Cointreau because I’ve been selected to be one of their influencers in South Africa. I’m looking forward to it because the motives behind the campaign are inspiring, not only for me but for all South African women,” said Ribane.

The powerful women who form part of the crew are given an opportunity not only to express themselves but also the chance to inspire others to make their dreams come true with the help of Cointreau and the Grant Scheme.

The scheme will award a lucky creative a R100 000 bursary to support a creative project of their own and creatives within the art, music, design, film, food or even cocktail industry can apply for this grant.

The scheme is open to all creatives who have a dream they want to materialise – whether it’s launching a clothing line, opening their own restaurant or becoming a professional photographer or filmmaker.

The Cointreau Creative Crew’s Grant Scheme finale will take place early next year, where the South African Grand Jury will meet with 10 finalists in person, before crowning the winner.

“Remy Cointreau has seen the potential that South Africa has to offer,” explained Cointreau brand manager, Tamika Sewnarain.

“We are an incredibly diverse nation, comprising different cultures, an interesting history and such expression. Our country boasts love and passion for creativity and women – and that is why this creative campaign resonates so well with us. It’s the perfect fit.”

All creative are welcome to enter, and winners will be announced in March next year.
