Creed singer to rock Jozi

JOHANNESBURG – Scott Stapp, frontman for the legendary rock band Creed, is going to blow audiences away with a one-night-only concert at Heia Safari Ranch in Muldersdrift on 13 December – just in time for a rocking holiday!

Audience members will be thrilled to hear that local acts such as Prime Circle and Lost and Found will share the stage with Stapp as he rocks out in the beautiful African bushveld setting near the Cradle of Humankind for the first time.

With Arms Wide Open:

Stapp co-founded and fronted Creed, which achieved phenomenal success in the late 90s with singles such as My Sacrifice, One Last Breath and Higher. The song With Arms Wide Open won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song in 2001.

Stapp went on to pursue a solo career after Creed went on a break last year and has since released two of his own albums, The Great Divide in 2005 and Proof of Life in 2013.

Stapp will perform at the Heia Safari Ranch in Muldersdrift on 13 December. Tickets cost R375.
