The Forté trio is made up of soprano Khumbuzile Dhlamini, and tenors Phenye Modiane and Kagiso Boroko. They will be joined by well-known accompanist, Paul Ferreira.
CEO of Gauteng Opera Marcus Desando said, “Forté will entertain La Trinita restaurant diners with music from artists Mariah Carey and Divinités du Styx from Gluck’s Alceste, and La Traviata and two duets from The Phantom of the Opera.”
With the slogan, Opera for Everyone, Gauteng Opera aims to expose this genre of music to varied audiences.
