The tribute evening will see veteran artist, Andrea Giglio, perform a rendition of much-loved Elvis songs, and fans of the musician entertained.
Dewald Thomas, marketing director at Mirror Image, explained that Giglio’s performance at the country club is part of a fundraising effort for golf and country clubs across Johannesburg.
“Basically, we approached clubs and asked if they could host these tribute nights. That way the artist performing, as well as the club, can get publicity and exposure,” he said.
Thomas added that 12 dates had been booked thus far with various clubs around Johannesburg, including one in Jackal Creek and Glen Vista.
The performance at the Bryanston country club will take place on 8 May from 7pm and will run till late.
