LONEHILL - After years of absence from playing Jerome, Terence Bridgett is back on the Lonehill produced soap
According to the shows publicity department, viewers can look forward to hours of viewing pleasure now that one of the most colourful characters of the show is back in action.
Flamboyant, larger than life and full of witticisms, Jerome is set to offer welcome comic relief from all the current dramas in fictional Hillside.
The introductory storyline will see Jerome hiding from a loan shark who promised to break his legs unless he pays back money to the shady character. Of course he doesn’t have the said money, and takes to hiding at Hillside Heights back in Oubaas and Hilda’s flat.
As a gesture of gratitude for this hospitality, Jerome styles Hilda’s hair for a function at the community hall.
The new look drives Oubaas into a state of wonderment, and before long other Hillside resident notice beloved Hilda’s new quiff and starts to stand in tow to have their locks styled by the wunderkind.

But will Jerome do as well when he has to style the models’ hair for Annelie’s fashion show with only Oubaas and Maria to assist?
And is his idea to put the wedding cake Hilda is baking for Annelie on a rotating base really as great as he thinks?
Added to all this, a murder plot is thrown in to make Jerome’s latest stay on 7de Laan a not to be missed television treat, produced in the heart of Lonehill.
