Welcoming back the colours for spring

LONEHILL – Crawford Lonehill Pre-Primary School decided to bring a little extra colour to Lonehill at the school's sports day recently.

Crawford Lonehill Pre-Primary children and parents braved the cold to bring a little colour to Lonehill before spring arrives, at the school’s annual sports day.

The event was for all children from playgroup, Gr 000, Gr 00 to Gr 0, and was held as a ‘colour run’ sports day where coloured paint was used. Parents and children arrived in white clothing only to leave a few hours later in the colours of the rainbow.

There was a great spirit among all Crawford families as many of the children decided to do extra laps to get a little more colour at the various stations.
