The Social Development Department writes:
The Alexandra Cluster Department of Social Development is looking for Mr Sabbatha and Mr Dan, who are said to be the biological fathers of Tlotlanang Sikoe, born on 9 August 2001 and Kgothatso Sikoe, born on 1 May 2007.
The children’s mother, Dorah Shelley Sikoe passed away on 1 June 2013. The children are currently cared for by their grandmother Johanna Mmapitso Sikoe and they are living in Alexandra.
An earlier article seeking the two men was first published in Alex News, Week ending 10 June 2016. However, the High Court requested that a further article is published before the children can be fostered.
