My parcel of goods has been in the now-closed Bryanston Post Office since mid-October, and no one is willing to help.
It is an absolute disgrace. How can the South African Post Office not pay rent?
They should pay up so we can get our parcels. This is theft. These are goods I’ve paid for but can’t access because of utter unprofessional management at the post office.
I am sure they still think of themselves as doing a decent job, yet a Grade 5 pupil could do better than that. At least they should know the basic concept of cause and effect, which is that not paying rent equals trouble.
