Beware of dangerous driver

BROADACRES - Anonymous writes:

Recently while returning home from dinner in Lonehill, my husband and I found ourselves behind a maroon/red Citroen Picasso with a large flower attached to the aeria and the registration number “CB34VJ GP”.

It soon became apparent that the female driver of the car was under the influence of alcohol or something else as her driving was erratic. She was weaving along the road, narrowly missing obstacles all along William Nicol Drive and most worrying of all, regularly drifting into oncoming traffic. She turned off in front of us into Broadacres Drive and we were surprised to find that she then, with difficulty, turned into our estate. She was a fellow resident. As we drove up next to her, my husband rolled down his window and attempted to speak to her. The attempt which was met with a barrage of obscenities and insults. We also noticed that her car was emitting a strong burning smell that indicated that she was perhaps driving with her handbrake on and was unaware of this.

As it happened a few days later I found myself behind her again, this time driving through Beverly in the middle of the afternoon. She was again driving erratically and ignoring cars hooting and passing her at a speed.

If you are this lady or recognise her as a friend or family member, please help her get the help she needs before she injures or kills an innocent party on the road.
