He said the institution has built a culture on six principles that define what it means to be a Novaneer, emphasizing strong character, distinctive capabilities, and deep connection.

“Our first decade has taught us that we can overcome any challenge when we work together. I am proud of how we have responded and risen when things have been hard. The Covid pandemic was a significant challenge, but our collective response was remarkable.”

As Nova Pioneer enters its second decade, he said they look forward to seizing new opportunities and making a greater impact.

“The world’s need for young Africans who can create new opportunities and build broader prosperity grows greater and more urgent by the year.

“I am grateful for every person who has taken the leap of faith to commit and contribute to our mission and vision. I have no doubt that we will encounter many unexpected developments in the years ahead, but I am confident that together, we will continue to make a difference.”

He said he is also proud that the school’s commitment to empowering innovators and leaders has not gone unnoticed. The institution has received recognition from various organisations, and has been featured in several publications.

“I am excited to see what the future holds for Nova Pioneer. I have no doubt that together, we will continue to achieve great things and make a lasting impact. We will continue to innovate, continue to push boundaries, and continue to empower the next generation of leaders.”
