Lara and Richard admit they were inspired by their vision to encourage people to embrace a culture of fitness and self-care in the community. Today, the facility stands as an exclusive fitness destination for fitness enthusiasts alike.

Lara said they are continuing to spread the fitness fever with their recent relocation to a state-of-the-art facility in the area to begin the next chapter of their fitness journey.

“Our new facility is more than just a gym; it’s a community hub. It has a huge space designed to cater to the different needs of our diverse community as they embark on their fitness journeys.”

She said their relocation has come with positive outcomes and exceeded their expectations.

“We have seen several new faces, many of whom had never set foot in the facility before. Their transformative experiences reaffirmed that our decision to move was the right one, and our commitment to changing lives remains unwavering.”

Lara recounts their successes since they started. She said they have a specialised kids and teens programme that saw them excel not only in their school sports but also in their academics.

While looking ahead to the remainder of this year, she said they have exciting plans in store. This comes after the facility has had the community coming together for a free and no-obligation trial workouts like no other.

“We will host a series of free gymnastics and weightlifting workshops, instal new weightlifting and powerlifting platforms, and continue to develop passionate, qualified coaches through our comprehensive internship programme in partnership with CrossFit Africa. As a longstanding host for certifications, we are committed to raising the standards of CrossFit coaching in South Africa.
