Xstatic Dancers bring undeniable X factor at Starpower Talent competition

Lindy Liebmann Carnicelli, the owner and main teacher at Xstatic Dance Studio, couldn’t contain her excitement as she proudly announced the incredible achievement of her students.

Xstatic Dance Studio recently participated in the highly acclaimed Starpower International Dance Talent Competition, which was held at the prestigious Mandela Theatre. The dancers showcased their remarkable talent across several categories and emerged victorious with a dazzling display that left everyone in awe.

Carnicelli said the dancers excelled in both solos, duos, small group and large group dancers. She said the studio’s Acrodance group, called Future Ready, received a special award for entertainment excellence. This group also received a special invite to perform and compete overseas at other International Starpower competitions.

“The success of the studio at the competition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of their dancers and instructors. And parents. Under the guidance of their passionate team, these dancers have become an amazing team of performers as well as great friends or as I call our studio, a special dance family.”

Carnicelli said the studio continued to inspire and elevate the world of dance and strived to be a studio for all types of dancers.

“Dance is much more than just a sport or an art. It teaches life skills and promotes emotional, physical and mental well-being.”
