As we wave goodbye to 2023 and welcome a brand new year, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderfully happy New Year.
May the best of 2023 be the worst of 2024, and may this new year bring you hope, success and happiness.
As we look forward, I know that during this new year, we will continue to work together as a community for the betterment of all around us. I know, having worked in community media for as long as I have, that this is what sets us apart from others – the way we pull up our socks and work together.
Not a day goes by when I don’t thank my lucky stars for having the opportunity to work with people like you, and I know that this year will be no different.
I hope that you all take a moment to reflect on 2023, taking with you into the new year all that is good, and leaving trauma, stress and unhappiness behind.
