Donate pre-loved bras to women in need

Drop-off station is at Crowthorne Shopping Centre, Kyalami.

In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pink Drive is appealing for bra donations that will be handed to women in need.

The drop-off station is Cinnamom Studio at Crowthorne Shopping Centre, Kyalami. “We are collecting pre-loved bras and we would love and appreciate it if you drop them in our boobie bins,” said one of the campaign members from Pam Golding Properties, Linda Nunes.

Their aim is to exceed the target that they reached last year in the Kyalami area. “We collected 400 bras and we were so happy knowing that another woman will have the privilege of owning and wearing a bra,” said Nunes.

Jet de la Rey from Pam Golding Properties hopes to collect more bras this year.

According to Jet de la Rey from Pam Golding Properties, this is their way of giving back to their community. “This is the second time we are doing the bra donations and we love every minute of it. We want to collect as many bras as possible for as many people as possible. This warms our hearts.

Let all breast cancer patients know that they are not alone.

“Many women are in need of what we no longer need or are happy to share. Let us unite and donate for the betterment of ourselves and help other people.”
Pink Drive is also hosting an event where they are offering women free clinical breast examinations in Eagle Canyon Golf Estate on October 30.
