Lonehill Residents Association hosts Trick or Treat treasure hunt event to raise funds for environmental work in the neighbourhood

Miller said the annual Trick or Treat treasure hunt event was last hosted in October 2019 because of Covid-19 pandemic restrictions.

Lonehill Residents Association in partnership with Pam Golding Properties recently hosted an annual Trick or Treat treasure hunt event in Lonehill Koppies.

Lonehill Residents Association marketing manager, Shelley Miller said dozens of children and their parents who were in jubilant mood enjoyed walking, running, and climbing up and around the Koppies.

“Clowns, brains, pumpkins, spooks, and witches came in their crowds in search of tricks and treats to fill their bellies. The weather was perfect, and it was such a delight to see so many excited children at our annual Trick or Treat treasure hunt.”

She said the annual Trick or Treat treasure hunt event was last hosted in October 2019 because of Covid-19 pandemic restrictions.

“It was fantastic to see our residents enjoying themselves once again. This event would not have been a success without the amazing support from the new property team of Pam Golding Properties who sponsored the event and brought along all the fabulous décor and an industrious team.”

She said all money raised during the event will be directed to the Lonehill Enviro Fund coffers.

“We managed to raise some funds from the event participation fees. These funds will go into the Lonehill Enviro Fund that help our environmental team do environmental work in the area.”
