āThe aim of this event is to celebrate spring season with residents and their families. We also use this event to bring garden experts that will judge the gardens that they do every day sometimes with the help of gardeners. We also invite people and organisations to set up their stalls to sell their products. It is a really big event on the Douglasdale Retirement Village calendar.ā
De Kock also urged members of the community to support their future family events.
