Why not pop in at the new market in Glenferness?

GLENFERNESS–Sudbury said the concept and design of the facility was the brainchild of developer and owner Peter Gillispie who travelled the world and closely watched how markets have vendors unpacking to setup and packing up at the end of a day.

With its six buildings each incorporating uniquely different offerings, the newly built Prison Break Market that is located along Main Road in Glenferness, hopes to create a midway environment between a pop-up market and shopping centre.

Prison Break Market manager, Jo-Anne Sudbury said the concept and design of the facility was the brainchild of developer and owner Peter Gillispie who had travelled the world and closely watched how markets have vendors unpacking to set up and packing up at the end of a day.

“We want people to break out of their daily prison routines and spend time on our beautiful property and enjoy the mix of both outdoor and indoor market experiences, offering food, alcohol, crafters, traders, and lifestyle entertainment,” she said.

She added there were six buildings each incorporating uniquely different offerings as well as live weekend entertainment, with once-monthly additional pop-up stalls of both food and traders. “The facility also has an exciting yearly planner of events.”
