RIVERSANDS – The 4Paws Animal Shelter has an adorable litter of 10-week-old mixed breed puppies up for adoption this week. Take a look and perhaps find your new best friend.
If you are looking for a puppy pal, you’re in luck! The 4Paws Animal Shelter has a litter of four mixed-breed puppies, aged about 10 weeks, up for adoption this week.
The shelter is located in the Riversands area and cares for abandoned, abused and stray dogs and cats from across Gauteng. Potential adopters need to fill out an application form and submit to a home check. To adopt a dog will cost R1 100 and includes sterilisation, vaccinations and de-worming while a cat or kitten will cost R900 and include the same.
The shelter also wants supporters to know that due to the current Covid-19 outbreak, the shelter will only be dealing with people on an appointment basis. This is to ensure the health of the staff so that they can continue their work with animals in need. During the lockdown, people will be able to inquire about animals available for adoption, however they will only be able to adopt them once the lockdown ends on 16 April.
