Covid-19 IN TWEETS: Douglasdale Pick n Pay puts measures in place to combat coronavirus
DOUGLASDALE – The Pick n Pay in Douglasdale has implemented measured to keep safe during the Covid-19 outbreak.

Since the announcement of the upcoming nationwide lockdown by President Cyril Ramophosa on 23 March, many stores that will be operating during the lockdown are implementing ways to control the spread of Covid-19.
The Fourways Review reporter, Khomotso Makhabutlane went to Pick n Pay Doulasdale and was impressed with their system.

Store manager Nelson Ndlovu said customers have received the method well. “Safety is our number-one concern right now,” he said. This was implemented from Monday, 23 March after the lockdown announcement.

Levi Salima is also pleased with the process, “It’s better here than at other stores. I was at [a well-know store] in Edenvale, and you couldn’t even get in. It definitely shows how much care and consideration went in this,” he said.
