84 suspects nabbed in Johannesburg over the weekend

The South African Police Service was hard at work this past weekend with crime combatting operations in Johannesburg.

This weekend alone saw 84 suspects arrested in Johannesburg for various crimes ranging from business burglaries, possession of suspected stolen property, robbery, kidnapping and driving under the influence of alcohol.

The police said they would continue to conduct operations to help eradicate crime within the communities of the city of Johannesburg

All the arrested suspects will appear in various courts in Johannesburg soon.
