And the Domestic Worker of the Month is…
PINESLOPES – This month's Domestic Worker of the month was announced and cleaning techniques discussed at a recent networking meeting held by Hirsch's Fourways.
Hirsch’s Fourways hosted their monthly Domestic Workshop on 20 June for all the unsung heroines of the home, giving them the opportunity to learn and grow.
This month Adele Guthrie of Meet Your Maid hosted the workshop, teaching the women how to clean different floor types and the general maintenance of floors.
The Domestic Worker of the month was Sarah Shabalala and was nominated by her employer who described Shabalala as her right hand, humble, helpful, friendly and so patient. The employer added that Shabalala was eager to assist and support.
Afterwards, the women enjoyed refreshments and this was followed by a certificate ceremony and the exchange of cleaning tips.
