Woman killed after being hit by two vehicles
NIETGEDACHT – The woman sustained serious injuries to her head, chest and abdomen.
A woman (22) was killed on 6 April after she was hit by two vehicles on the R512 in Nietgedacht, north of Johannesburg.
ER24 said their paramedics arrived on the scene after 10pm and found the woman lying on the road.
Paramedics quickly assessed the woman and found that she had sustained injuries to her head, chest and abdomen, leaving her in a critical condition.
The woman was treated for her injuries and, en route to Helen Joseph hospital, her condition quickly declined. Despite efforts to save her life she succumbed to her injuries.
Details surrounding the incident are still unknown, authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
