Douglasdale policing forum encourages community to share this December

DOUGLASDALE – Help donate to Douglasdale police's lunch and dinner.

The Douglasdale CPF is pleading with the community to get involved in treating the Douglasdale police to a lunch and dinner on Christmas Day.

According to Douglasdale Sector 4 CPF’s Freda Boiles, the money donated by the community will cater for the lunch and dinner for the officers on duty for the day shift and night shift respectively.

“The teams will be away from their families on that day and will be on the streets protecting us all, hence any donation will be greatly appreciated.”

She explained that community members are welcome to join the handover to the police on the day and more details around this will be announced.

Donations can be made into the CPF bank account. Check their Facebook page for further details.
