Pizza delivery man robbed of his motorbike at gunpoint in Sunninghill

SUNNINGHILL– Imagine your pizza delivery man being robbed at gunpoint.

A delivery man was robbed at gunpoint of his motorbike in Sunninghill on 2 October.

According to communications spokesperson of Sandton Police Station, Captain Granville Meyer, the delivery man went to deliver a pizza to a customer. “When he got off his bike and waited on the customer, two men approached him and threatened him with a firearm and knife.”

Meyer explained that they took his motorbike – a blue Honda with registration number FV 35 FYGP.

“We plead with the community for anyone with information to contact the police on 10111.”
