Following an earlier report of an armed robbery at a shopping centre in Douglasdale, it is now believed that two suspects were arrested.
This, after a group of men reportedly entered a shop, pointed firearms at the employees and stole money and attempted to flee, but two suspects, believed to be part of the group, were arrested. This is according to EWN.
It is unclear how many suspects are still at large.
Meanwhile, SAfm News tweeted:
Police have arrested two men who were part of a gang that robbed a store of an undisclosed amount of cash at the Buzz World shopping centre in Douglasdale, north of Johannesburg.

Reports are flooding in of an armed robbery at a Douglasdale shopping centre.
According to Crime Air Network, social cohesion activist Yusuf Abramjee and Angels Emergency Dispatch team, an armed robbery, with a report of a possible shooting, has taken place at the Buzz Shopping Centre in Douglasdale this morning.
Community members are therefore asked to avoid the area.
