Joburg North Cluster Commander congratulates Midrand police for arrests in Kyalami

HALFWAY GARDENS – The Midrand Community Policing Forum said, 'We couldn't be prouder.'

The Midrand Community Policing Forum (CPF) took to their Facebook this morning, 21 March, to announce that the Joburg North Cluster Commander, Major General Sithole, visited the Midrand Police Station last night to congratulate the team and award certificates of appreciation.

Cluster Board Chairperson Takis Michalakis, Cluster Commander Major General Sithole congratulate Midrand police members involved in the arrest of nine suspects in Kyalami.

The post read, “When Major General Sithole visits Midrand SAPS to congratulate your team, you know you have done well!”

The post went on to say that a ‘certificate of appreciation’ was handed to every Midrand police, security and community policing forum member who assisted in the arrest of the nine suspects and the recovery of four firearms in Kyalami.
