  • The extra traffic lane being constructed in front of Witkoppen Primary School and Witkoppen Clinic. “This construction is set to be completed by end February according to current estimates and the school’s entrance is being completely moved to the traffic light controlled intersection at White Hills Boulevard opposite Leaping Frog and the donated Clear Vu Fence will be adjusted accordingly as will the new school gate.”

  • The traffic islands works on either side of Leaping Frog are progressing and upgrading and repaving work is to begin shortly.

  • The Cedar Road extensions and upgrades have been completed save for small pavement side work and have been officially opened. “The cabling for the traffic lights is to be finalised by Eskom in the next few weeks and it is hoped to have the street lights operating by March.”

  • The grass on the traffic islands along William Nicol Drive is being systematically trimmed.
